General information:
RELIEF gives wood a superb antique look, giving the grain a distinct and visible relief effect, in contrast with regular water-based colours that tend to smooth the appearance of the wood.
Used especially with softwoods (pine, fir, etc.), excellent results can be achieved even with other types of wood.
